The Teach BIG ASE (TBASE) Grading and Feedback System (“TBASE,” “System,” or “Platform”) is designed to support educators in evaluating student work and providing instructional feedback in a secure, controlled environment.

  • Define system boundaries and limitations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable educational privacy laws
2. Closed-Circuit System Declaration
  • TBASE operates as a closed-circuit grading and feedback system.
  • The System does not use OpenAI.
  • All grading logic and feedback occur within the proprietary TBASE environment.
3. Student Data Entry and Educator Discretion

Educators retain full discretion regarding the entry of student information. TBASE does not require personally identifiable student information (PII).

4. Responsibility for Student Safety and Compliance

Educators, schools, and districts are responsible for ensuring compliance with FERPA, state privacy laws, and district policies.

5. Data Ownership and Use

All student work and feedback remain the property of the educator, school, or district. Teach BIG does not claim ownership of student academic content.

6. No Data Mining or External Sharing

Student data is not sold, shared, licensed, or mined for commercial purposes.

7. Security Measures

Teach BIG ASE maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Teach BIG ASE is not liable for educator decisions regarding student data entry or misuse of the system.

9. Modifications and Updates

These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable state and federal laws.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By using TBASE, Users acknowledge acceptance of these Terms.
